Framework

Revision 2026.06.01

Governing the use of high-precision optical recognition and spatial analytics platforms across Canadian enterprise sectors.

Welcome to the AirTune Digital platform. These Terms of Service outline the specific operational and legal boundaries for our computer vision solutions. By accessing airtune.digital, you accept these frameworks in full.

Review Terms

Usage Rules & Governance

AirTune Digital provides sophisticated image recognition tools. Utilization of these assets requires adherence to local Canadian privacy standards and ethical deployment protocols.

01 / Access

System Integrity

Users are prohibited from attempting to circumvent our visual security protocols or reverse-engineering proprietary model weights. Any unauthorized probe of our spatial analytics infrastructure will result in permanent suspension of access.

02 / Liability

Liability Limitations

AirTune Digital optimizes for high-precision recognition; however, we do not claim 100% accuracy. Our liability in the event of hardware mismatch or environmental lighting failure is capped at the fees paid for the specific month of occurrence.

03 / Data

Image Processing

Under Canadian PIPEDA standards, visual data processed through our engines is subject to ethical data minimization. Users must secure necessary permissions before feed ingestion. We do not store raw footage beyond the calibration window.

04 / Region

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved within the judicial district of Montreal, QC. All recognition solutions must comply with local municipal zoning for optical arrays.

1. Acceptance of Conditions

By deploying the computer vision models and API terminals provided by AirTune Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of an industrial facility, sorting logistics center, or retail infrastructure provider, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these legal requirements.

Access to the solutions and spatial analytics platforms is contingent upon the continuous technological fitness of the user's hardware. AirTune Digital reserves the right to modify these parameters as optical technology and visual recognition standards evolve in the Canadian market.

2. Permitted Commercial Use

The website and its content are intended for businesses investigating or implementing automated object recognition and site analytics. Permitted uses include:

  • Reviewing technical specifications and integration documentation for industrial computer vision.
  • Requesting feasibility studies for spatial flow and facility management.
  • Engaging with model calibration protocols for site-specific object detection.

3. Technical Restrictions

To maintain the integrity of our high-precision optimization, users may not:

  • X Submit manipulated or synthesized synthetic data designed to intentionally crash the recognition engine.
  • X Scrape the airtune.digital domain for visual training sets or internal logic patterns.
  • X Use the platform to develop software that violates the privacy rights of Canadian citizens.

Security
& Intellectual Asset Protection

The proprietary algorithms, model architectures, and trained weights accessible via AirTune Digital remain the exclusive property of AirTune Digital. Unauthorized redistribution or "model stealing" attacks are strictly prohibited and monitored via our internal auditing framework.
