In accordance with PIPEDA and Quebec’s Law 25, AirTune Digital prioritizes the sovereignty of Canadian data. All processed visual information is hosted on secure, localized infrastructure. We do not transfer personal data to jurisdictions with inadequate privacy protections.
4. Retention & Deletion
Personal identification within visual feeds (such as faces or license plates) is either obfuscated at the edge or purged within a defined 24-hour cycle unless legal retention is required. Aggregated, anonymized metadata is retained to improve algorithmic accuracy.
